Sorry Dog Still Plays with Boats

When I was 12 years old my shop woodworking teacher asked us all what we wanted to build, I said a 10 ft boat. He said NO WAY, to big to fit in the locker, I said what if I build all the pieces and get them in the locker and come in one weekend and assemble it all, he agreed. So as not to fill up the locker I stuck the pieces down my pants and smuggled them home for fine tuning. On the great anticipated weekend I glued and screwed my first boat together and got an A- PLUS, I was hooked!

50 years later Sorry Dog still has a nose for finding those dream boats for my friends,All my customers become my friends and I see them on the docks all the time. I have boats I have sold 4 and 5 times for my friends thru the years. I aquired the name Sorry Dog years ago when I took off on a boat for the islands, I told every one I'd be back in a week! Nine months later we ended up in the British West Indies! I was lying in a hammock and someone said talk about a Sorry Dog this guy came down here for a week nine months ago and hasn't gone home yet! The name stuck, when I got home, I painted it on my boat and started having fun doing what I do!
